>>>This group was founded to provide support to DXA operators within the UK.
Anyone can join, provided they are directly involved with one or more of the following:
- Setting up a DXA unit
- Running a DXA unit
- Scanning patients
- Reporting Scans
- Writing Protocols.
We also welcome members from Educational Establishments, densitometry-related Societies and Foundations, and DXA-related Companies. This 'associate membership' provides us with a wealth of expertise, educational and technical knowledge and applications support.

At this stage, the content of this site is not moderated by any professional body or
society. We do not intend to replace or contradict any guidelines on practice given by
professional bodies or societies. Instead, our aim is to direct members to all current
guidelines and legislation, and promote compliance with them.
